Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Return Window

LXDD-B accepts return requests within one (1) calendar day of the confirmed delivery date only. Any return request submitted after this window has elapsed will be automatically denied, without exception. The delivery date is determined solely by the carrier tracking confirmation.

 

1.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted to support@LXDD-B.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation

• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

• A return authorization must be obtained from LXDD-B prior to shipping the item back — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender

 

1.3 Return Shipping Fee

All approved returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $250.00 (USD). This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any store credit issued. LXDD-B does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipment using a trackable, insured shipping method. LXDD-B assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

1.4 Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the original purchase price of the returned item. This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking costs and will be deducted from any store credit issued alongside the return shipping fee.

 

1.5 Store Credit Only — No Cash Refunds

LXDD-B does not issue cash refunds or credit card reversals under any circumstances. Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, and subject to deduction of the $250.00 return shipping fee and 25% restocking fee, any remaining value will be issued exclusively as store credit. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

 

1.6 Example of Return Deductions

For illustration: on a $500.00 order, a $250.00 return shipping fee plus a $125.00 restocking fee (25%) would be deducted, resulting in a maximum store credit of $125.00. Actual amounts will vary based on the original order value.

 

1.7 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Items returned after the 1-day return window

• Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without prior written authorization from LXDD-B

• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

• Sale or discounted items

 

1.8 No Refunds Outside Return Window

Outside of the 1-day return window described above, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Customer changed their mind after the return window has closed

• Customer ordered an incorrect size, color, or product variant

• Shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our control

• Minor variations in color or appearance between product images and the received item due to screen display differences

 

1.9 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer sole responsibility to:

• Carefully read all product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order

• Ensure all order details submitted are accurate and complete

• Verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct — LXDD-B is not responsible for orders dispatched to an address incorrectly provided by the customer

 

1.10 Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us at support@LXDD-B.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and provide a minimum of five (5) clear photographs documenting the alleged defect alongside the original packaging. LXDD-B reserves the sole right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If approved, our maximum liability is limited to a store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected item, minus applicable fees. No cash refunds will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

 

1.11 Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase at LXDD-B, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this return and refund policy. You agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider — outside of the return process described herein — constitutes a breach of this agreement.

In the event a chargeback is filed without first contacting us and completing our internal review process, LXDD-B reserves the right to:

• Submit this policy, your order confirmation, and all relevant transaction records as evidence to the payment processor

• Provide proof of shipment, delivery tracking, and order fulfillment to contest the dispute

• Permanently prohibit the customer from placing future orders with LXDD-B

• Pursue recovery of disputed amounts through lawful means

LXDD-B maintains comprehensive documentation for every order, including order confirmations, fulfillment records, and carrier delivery evidence, all of which may be submitted in any dispute proceeding.
